The service I received is excellent. When the first moment I reached out to Shinae Kim, she was very patient taking the time to explain everything to me. At later time when I had followed up questions, again the time spent on answering questions was detailed. I also took the time to meet Shinae in the office. The staffs are professional; The conversation I had with the staff was very much informative. I did not recall when was the last time in which I had interaction with a real person. The conversation was very personal which in my humble opinion helped to drive to the decision. It leaves me with an impression that we are in good hands."
